The benefits of pressure cooking?? I’ll be glad to tell you…..it’s SPEEDY, it’s FLAVORFUL, it’s EASY, it’s HELPFUL.

I never expected to like my electric pressure cooker so intensely, and when  I say it’s been life-changing, that’s an understatement. Now I wouldn’t “do dinner” any other way, so of course I’m trying to sway you towards pressure cookin’!

As in every pressure cooker class, we share the fundamentals, building on each one to provide constant trouble-shooting, as well as lots of time for Q & A as we create, pressurize, and taste each dish.  Our goal is for you to walk away feeling like you can CONQUER pressure cooking.

No matter where you are, newbie or advanced, you’ll enjoy this menu!

MENU: Bahn Mi Quinoa Bowls, White Bean and Roasted Garlic Lasagna Soup, Balsamic-Glazed Beef Sliders with Pickled Veggies, Pork Pozole with Avocado and Lime.

You’ve got that electric pressure cooker, now let’s USE that sucker!
The holidays are fast approaching, so it’s high time to be thinking (and learning!) how we can best utilize our PC’s to streamline the holiday feasts that lay smack-dab ahead of us. A pressure cooker can make us feel like we’ve got access to an extra set of hands in our kitchens, making MORE FOOD, in LESS TIME, and much of it in ADVANCE…..Now that’s a gift that keeps on giving! J

MENU: Spiced Turkey Breast, Glazed Maple and Orange Spiral-Sliced Ham, Drunken Cornbread Dressing with Walnuts and Apples, Pecan-Cranberry Creamy Sweet Potato Casserole…and, last but not least, Steamed Carrot Pudding Cake with Bourbon Brown Sugar Sauce.
