Talk about a luscious dessert! This pie is all that and more, and you need is a thin slice to be perfectly satisfied since it’s so rich. I like how quick and easy it is to whip up, too

Oreo Peanut Butter Pie

1 – 8″ Oreo pie crust
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract (I love Vain vanilla from KC)
8 oz. whipped topping
12 Oreo sandwich cookies
1/4 cup milk chocolate or semi sweet chocolate morsels

In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat peanut butter, powdered sugar, and cream cheese; beat in vanilla and whipped topping until filling is smooth. Spoon prepared filling into pie crust and smooth top as desired. Insert Oreos into filling around the edge of the pie, leaving the top half of each cookie protruding from pie. Melt chocolate chips, then drizzle chocolate over center of pie. Refrigerate pie for 3-4 hours before slicing to serve.
