Egg Roll
Want a speedy meal that you will absolutely go ga-ga over?? Here it is!! And, YES, I licked the bowl!!!
**Please Note – the cilantro is KEY in the recipe….FYI. 

Egg Roll In A Bowl For One

1/8 lb. ground pork, browned and reserved, fats reserved in skillet
1/2 yellow onion, diced
2 ribs celery, diced
1 clove garlic
1 tsp ginger root
1/4-1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1-2 tsp. soy sauce or tamari
1-2 tsp. rice vinegar
Pinch of sweetener, if you like (I do!)
chopped cilantro, as desired (Remember…This is Chinese parsley!)

In reserved fats from cooking ground pork in skilled, sauté onion and celery over medium heat until slightly softened; add remaining ingredients (except cilantro), including reserved cooked ground pork, and cook, stirring occasionally, until hot throughout. Stir in cilantro and serve at once.
