Spicy Crispy Chick Peas

These are delicious right from the oven, or served later at room temperature, plus they make a great portable snack when place into a baggie. 

Spicy Crispy Chick Peas

2 – 14 oz. can chick peas, drained, rinsed, and patted dry
Olive oil, for drizzling

Spice Blend 
1/2 tsp each: cumin, smoked paprika, granulated garlic, granulated onion, chili powder, brown sugar, chili powder, black pepper, kosher salt

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Place chick peas onto a large baking sheet; drizzle with olive oil. In a small bowl, combine spices, then sprinkle the spice blend over the chick peas; toss well to coat.

Roast chick peas, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes, tossing often, or until golden brown and and crispy. Best served at room temperature.
