Oven-Roasted Parmesan Broccoli

Who knew broccoli could taste so darn GOOD? We have fallen head-over-heels for this recipe and love how quickly it comes together. 

Oven-Roasted Parmesan Broccoli

2-3 heads broccoli, cut into thin “steaks”
Olive oil, for drizzling
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
Kosher salt, to taste
Parmesan cheese, as desired

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

In a large bowl, combine broccoli slices with oil and garlic; toss well to coat. Spread broccoli out over a large cookie sheet and place, uncovered, onto center rack of oven. Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until fork-tender, tossing half way through baking time. Remove from oven, sprinkle with Parmesan and serve at once.
