Cider Turkey Breast

4- 5 lb. turkey breast
1/2 cup sage leaves, minced
1/2 cup unsalted butter
4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups apple cider
1 Tbs. honey

Combine sage, butter, salt, pepper, and garlic to form a paste. Using your fingers, gently separate the skin of the turkey breast from the meat, taking care not to tear the skin; spread the paste over the meat beneath the skin. In pressure cooker pot, combine cider with the honey, then add trivet to the bottom of the pot. Place prepared turkey breast onto trivet, breast side up; lock lid into place and choose high setting for 30 minutes. When timer goes off, use natural release to remove pressure from pressure cooker. Remove lid and remove turkey breast from pot; simmer cider mixture until reduced by half and is slightly thickened. Slice turkey breast into slices and served slathered in cider sauce.
