Ham Salad

I ate a lot of ham salad as a kid. My Grandma Lucille made it often and she served it with crackers. One day she let me help her grind the meat and that was when I learned she didn’t use ham at all…it was BOLOGNA!

Ham Salad

3 cups finely minced cooked ham
1/2-2/3 cup Hellman’s mayonnaise
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbs. spicy brown mustard
1-2 tsp. prepared horseradish
1-2 Tbs. pure maple syrup

In a large mixing bowl, combine mayo, relish, Worcestershire, mustard, horseradish, and syrup until well blended; stir in ham. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.

Serve on cocktail buns or with crackers.
