Our thoughts turn to Ciderfest Festivities as soon as the leaves begin turning red and gold! Here in Louisburg, Kansas, for two exciting weekends every autumn, Louisburg Cider Mill brings you some good old fashioned apple cider fun. Watch how cider is made, enjoy delicious food, shop homemade arts and crafts, visit the corn maze and pumpkin patch, tap your toes to live music and enjoy all things Fall! If you can’t make the Ciderfest, we are open year round. You’ll find old-fashioned charm, hospitality and fresh cider and cider donuts available every day.

We’re growing lots of pumpkins in the KC Pumpkin Patch! There are friendly farm animals just waiting for your attention and maybe a few little treats to munch.  We have a whopping-sized Jumping Pillow to keep you hopping, a jolly little Barrel Train to take you bobbing around the farm, and OH so much more! Walters’ Pumpkin Patch is all about fun for the whole family! Whether you’re setting out to find the perfect jack-o-lantern in our 30 Acre Pick Your Own Pumpkin Patch, watching the bride and groom say “I do”, watching your class bounce sky high on our Two Giant Jumping Pillows, or mingling with your co-workers pondside, we’re sure you’ll see what makes this the favorite Pumpkin Patch in the entire Wichita, Kansas area.

If your goal is to attend an affordable family activity that provides entertainment and education, then a trip to Schaake’s Pumpkin Patch is a must! This family tradition includes: no admission fee, free parking, free hay rack rides to and from the patch, a free spooktacular hay maze, a free playground including swings, a straw romp and straw slides, a number of farm animals and a variety of water fowl, game birds and chickens.

Gary’s Berries is a place where fun begins and memories never end. Located 8 miles east of Topeka Gary’s Berries is a fall destination with a Corn Maze, Pig Races, Jumping Pillows and many more activities sure to entertain. Started in 1993 by Gary and Julie Starr and their three children. This is a place you will not want to miss. Fireworks, every Friday night in October!


Hildebrand Farms Dairy Harvest Festival


Junction City, KS
October 8th 10am-3pm

Join Hildebrand Farms Dairy for our 7th Annual Harvest Festival. This free family event allows us to share our farm with the community and offer others a fun day on the farm. It is a free event that is open to the public.

Free Family Fun Includes:
• Farm tours
• Hay rack rides
• Kansas product sampling
• Bouncy house
• See the baby calves
• Kids’ Craft Corner
• Educational Demonstrations
• Hay bale play area
• Corn pit
• Make-your-own-butter station
• Live music – TBA

Picnic lunch will be provided from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Free will donations benefit JCNaz Preschool.

Large locally grown pumpkins are available to purchase.

We hope you will join us for a fun, yet educational day on the farm. Lawn chairs and picnic lunches are welcome. We encourage people to bring cash. While we take credit card the cash only lines are much quicker to get through if you wish to purchase milk or ice cream.


Renyer’s Pumpkin Farm


Wetmore, KS
Oct. 1st – Oct. 27th
Saturday: 11 am – 6 pm

Sunday: 1 pm – 6 pm

Fun family activities create memories for life. That’s the goal of Renyer’s Pumpkin farm. There are twenty different fun activities along with pumpkins, crafts and food. There are plenty of activities for over three hours of fun, and many guests stay over five hours. Come out every weekend in October to enjoy home grown fun and farm fresh adventures!
