One of the first things I made at the Kansas State Fair this year (2015) was this delicious popcorn munch! The thing I love about munch mixes like this is you can add anything you want and create some pretty incredible combinations of flavors. This particular mix takes on a fun colorful and flavorful Fall theme with the candy corn and the pumpkin spice flavor of the popcorn! But the most important thing? That sweet and salty combo that makes you take just one more bite… and one more bite… and JUST. ONE. MORE!
12 cups Cashmere Popcorn, pumpkin spice flavor
4 cups mini marshmallows
4 cups Rice Chex cereal
4 cups Cheezits crackers
2 cups candy corn
24 oz. vanilla almond bark, melted
Combine all dry ingredients in a giant mixing bowl; pour melted almond bark over mixture, then gently toss to coat.
Spread mixture out over large sheets of foil, breaking into chunks once munch cools.
Store in an airtight container, and hey! Try not to eat it all in one sitting!
