We love the jars that Hildebrand Farms Dairy is using for their butter and cream cheese – cute, plump and adorable! This allows you to take their already-delicious products and kitchen-customize to your liking and tastes, then repackage in their jar for perfect gift-giving. How easy is that??
8 oz. Hildebrand Farms Dairy Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup Holmes-Made Raspberry or Strawberry Jalapeno Fruit Spread
1 Tbs. good quality balsamic vinegar (if you can really enjoy a little swig of it, it’s good balsamic vinegar)
In a small sauce pan over medium low heat, combine fruit spread with vinegar. Simmer mixture until it’s reduced slightly, then set aside until cooled. Combine cooled fruit mixture with cream cheese until blended well. Return prepared mixture to Hildebrand jar or place into another decorative jar of your choice. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
